  • sticks unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
  • 1 cup cold buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs (divided)
  • 10-ounce bag mini semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
