  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 2.5 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 4.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, avocado oil, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, sriracha, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. In another bowl, coat chicken pieces with paprika and half of the marinade. Let marinate for at least one hour.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot garnished with cilantro.
