  • 5 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and create a horizontal slit in each to form pockets.
