  • 30 standard Oreo cookies
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 32 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 18 fun-size Snickers bars, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 9 fun-size Snickers bars (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the brown sugar, eggs (one at a time), heavy cream, and vanilla. Fold in chopped Snickers.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes, until set but slightly jiggly.
  5. Cool in the oven for an hour before transferring to the refrigerator to chill for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. For ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering, then stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
  7. Once chilled, pour ganache over the cheesecake and top with additional chopped Snickers.
