  • 12 tsp red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined, then gently fold in Oreos and white chocolate chips.
