  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml honey
  • 60 ml rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
