Ingredients

Scale
  • 1216 sliced dill pickles
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 large slices of sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces cheese (your choice)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the sliced pickles to reduce moisture.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat.
  5. Assemble sandwiches by spreading the cream cheese mixture on two slices of sourdough, layering with pickles and cheese, then topping with remaining bread. Butter the outside generously and sprinkle with seasoning blend.
  6. Cook in the skillet for 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
