  • 48 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ½ tablespoon butter (room temperature)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bags red candy melts (8 ounces each)
  • 8 ounces green fondant
  • 15 pretzel sticks

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse Oreos into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine Oreo crumbs with cream cheese, butter, and vanilla in a mixing bowl; blend until smooth.
  3. Chill mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
  4. Scoop out portions using a cookie scoop and roll into balls; place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Create indents on top of each ball and insert pretzel stick halves for stems.
  6. Freeze truffles for 20 minutes.
  7. While chilling, roll out fondant and cut into leaf shapes.
  8. Melt candy melts according to package instructions.
  9. Dip each truffle into melted candy coating until fully covered; place fondant leaves before coating hardens.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until set.
