  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust evenly.
  5. Arrange blueberries in the top left corner for the blue field; place sliced strawberries below to create red stripes.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
