  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
  • Fresh Dill

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
