  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and coat them with a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, melted butter, mayonnaise, parsley, and additional garlic powder until well mixed.
