Instructions

  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  5. Let it stand covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
  6. Stir in lemon zest, juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
