  • 1/21 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons cold salted butter, cubed
  • 812 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Juice from 12 lemons
  • Chili sauce, for serving
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or avocado oil mayo
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
