  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 24 tbsp whole milk

  2. In a bowl, mix both flours and salt, then incorporate the yeast mixture and olive oil until a dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface until smooth (about 8-10 minutes), or use a stand mixer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the risen dough and stretch it onto a baking sheet.
  6. Create dimples on the surface and fill them with raspberry preserves.
  7. Bake for approximately 22 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix confectioners' sugar with milk to create a glaze and drizzle over cooled focaccia before serving.
