Ingredients
Scale
1 large egg
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
¼ cup fine breadcrumbs
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the ground beef and breadcrumbs; mix until combined.
Shape the mixture into four patties about ¾-inch thick, pressing a slight indent in the center.
Chill the patties in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil it. Cook each burger for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
Allow the burgers to rest before serving with your favorite condiments and crispy fries.
