  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package instructions until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water; toss with oil to prevent sticking.
  2. While the tortellini cooks, chop the vegetables into uniform pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
