  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl or resealable bag, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Stir in minced garlic. Reserve 1 tablespoon of marinade for later use.
  3. Add swordfish steaks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours).
  4. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Remove swordfish from marinade and scrape off excess herbs or garlic.
  5. Grill each steak for about 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through and opaque.
  6. Brush reserved marinade over grilled fish before serving with fresh lemon wedges.
