  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup pistachios
  • Olive oil
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Honey
  • Dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush peach wedges lightly with olive oil.
  2. Grill the peaches for about 3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear. Allow to cool slightly.
