  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle juice
  • 1 Tbsp red apple vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni with sweet gherkins, red bell pepper, celery, red onion, and diced eggs.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss gently until well combined.
