  • 4 oz cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • Dressing: extra virgin olive oil
  • white apple vinegar
  • Italian seasoning blend
  • garlic powder
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

  2. While pasta cooks, whisk together dressing ingredients in a bowl or shake them in a mason jar.
  3. Chop bell peppers and tomatoes; prepare corn if using fresh or frozen.
