Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 2 bananas (sliced thick, or substitute mini vegan marshmallows for a longer-lasting option)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip or freshly whipped cream)

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and slice the bananas into thick rounds (or set aside vegan marshmallows).
  2. Thread pieces of fruit onto wooden skewers in your preferred order, alternating between strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices (or marshmallows). Aim for about three pieces of each fruit per skewer.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Arrange the assembled kabobs on a platter alongside the cheesecake dip. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
