  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate (melted)
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar for sweetening and garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies in a mixing bowl until fine crumbs form. Mix in melted butter and press firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
