  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and softened butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and buttermilk.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the cake flour, sifted cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix.
