  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh nutmeg (grated)
  • 3/4 cup lump crab meat
  • 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Prepared pie crusts (2)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. If using a crust, pre-bake it lightly; if making crustless, grease your dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, Tabasco sauce, and nutmeg until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the lump crab meat and Monterey Jack cheese.
