  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Gel food coloring (pastel colors)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Divide the filling into four bowls, adding different pastel gel colors to each.
  5. Spoon dollops of each color into the crust and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
