  • 1/2 pound ground chicken
  • 2 whole wheat burger buns, split and toasted
  • 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 green apple, grated
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons rice apple vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Handful fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, rosemary, salt, pepper, and grated apple.
  2. Add ground chicken and gently combine; form into two patties.
