  • 8 slices white bread
  • 23 ounces chive and onion cream cheese (softened)
  • Fresh dill (optional)
  • Flake sea salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the English cucumber as thin as possible using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
  2. Place the cucumber slices on paper towels, sprinkle with flake sea salt and pepper, and let rest for 5 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  3. Spread softened chive and onion cream cheese on four slices of bread.
  4. Layer the cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese, overlapping slightly, and add more seasoning if desired.
  5. Top with the remaining bread slices and cut off the crusts. Slice each sandwich into quarters.
