  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth, then freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and remaining vanilla extract until fluffy.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients to form dough.
