  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 12 avocados (diced)
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and cayenne to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow tie pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
