Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup whole milk, warmed
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture, stirring until well combined.
  3. Gradually mix in flour and salt, kneading until smooth and elastic. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together Biscoff cookie butter and ground cinnamon.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick; spread the filling evenly over the surface.
  6. Roll tightly into a log, slice into 12 pieces, and place in a greased baking dish. Let them rise again for another 30–45 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for about 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, Biscoff cookie butter, and milk until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
