  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet or air fryer until crispy; chop finely and set aside.
  2. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Steam eggs for 11 minutes, then cool in an ice bath before peeling.
  3. Cut boiled eggs in half and remove yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with the avocado until smooth.
  4. Mix in cilantro, lime juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pipe the filling back into egg whites using a pastry bag and top with turkey bacon.
