Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Prepare three 6-inch cake pans by buttering and flouring them and lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cake flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine milk, sour cream, and vanilla; set aside.
