  • Fresh ginger, minced
  • Fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and cornstarch. Let marinate.
  2. Prepare the sauce: mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, paprika, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and water.
