  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 oz box of strawberry Jello
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
  • 7.5 oz vegan marshmallows fluff
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare bundt pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, eggs, water, vegetable oil, and strawberry Jello until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
