  • 810 slices of white bread

  4. Gently fold in lemon zest.
  5. Spread the cream mixture on each slice of bread; arrange sliced strawberries on half the slices.
  6. Top with more cream mixture and cover with another slice of bread.
  7. Score diagonally across each sandwich and wrap tightly in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Once chilled, cut along the scored line using a serrated knife.
