  • 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1214 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin tin and lightly coat with cooking spray. Bake for about 5 minutes until crisp.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each baked wonton cup with the mixture without overflowing.
  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
