  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Pinch of crushed red chili flakes
  • 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice in salted water until fluffy; keep warm.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken, cooking until golden brown.
  5. Stir in onion and bell peppers; cook until slightly softened.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and crushed chili flakes; stir-fry for an additional 2–3 minutes to coat the ingredients well.
  7. Serve hot over jasmine rice.
