  • 120g ground beef
  • cup cherry tomatoes or 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp Tajn seasoning
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 120g ground beef until fully cooked. Stir in chopped cherry tomatoes and sauté until softened. Mix in 2 tbsp grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat. Crack in 2 eggs and fry sunny-side up or over-easy. Drizzle with 1 tsp chili oil and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Assemble your bowl by layering the beef mixture at the bottom, topping it with sliced avocado seasoned with Tajn, followed by a drizzle of sriracha, and finally placing the fried eggs on top.
