  • 2 pounds frozen corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon EACH rosemary leaves, thyme leaves, paprika, onion powder, pepper
  • Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 46 strips Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Remove 1 cup of corn from the packages and set aside. Add remaining corn to the slow cooker.
  3. In a blender, combine all other ingredients (except butter and garnishes) and blend until smooth.
  4. Add blended mixture and cubed butter to the slow cooker; stir well to combine.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 2–4 hours or LOW for 4–6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with crumbled turkey bacon and chopped green onions before serving.
