  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (optional, for tenderizing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
