  • ½ cup raspberry seedless jam (or any preferred flavor)
  • ¼ cup flour (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out each puff pastry sheet into a rectangle measuring about 12 x 16 inches.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of raspberry jam evenly over one sheet and place the second sheet on top. Press down lightly to seal.
  4. Cut into strips about ½ inch wide and slice each strip lengthwise.
  5. Twist each strip gently and pinch the ends together. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before baking for best results.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, then cool on a wire rack. Dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
