  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 sweetheart cabbage (cut into 4 wedges)
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend 2 tbsp of softened butter with miso paste. Brush this mixture generously over each cabbage wedge.
  3. Arrange the coated cabbage wedges on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until charred and tender.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the remaining butter in a pan over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder, stirring until golden brown.
  5. Once roasted, sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs over the cabbage wedges before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
