  • 1 packet Caesar salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Arrange chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
