  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup apple vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat Branzino fillets dry with paper towels for crisp skin.
