  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 11×7 inch baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  3. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in chopped apples and cinnamon.
