Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Verbena Syrup
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz (90 ml) Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Beverage or Sparkling Apple Vinegar
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Soda Water
  • 3 to 4 Fresh Lemon Verbena Leaves
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon Slice for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water with fresh lemon verbena leaves for about 5 minutes. Cool and strain.
  2. Fill a mocktail shaker with ice cubes, adding the prepared syrup, fresh lemon juice, and torn lemon verbena leaves. Shake well for about 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Gently pour in the sparkling beverage followed by soda water.
  4. Stir lightly with a long spoon to mix, then garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of lemon verbena.
