  • 80 g Raw Turmeric Root
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Oranges
  • 200 mL Filtered Water
  • 6 Pinches Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and peel the ginger and turmeric roots, then chop them roughly.
  2. Peel and slice the lemon and oranges, discarding any bitter pith and seeds.
  3. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender along with the filtered water, blending until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a cup or pitcher to remove pulp.
  5. Portion into sealable vials (60 mL per vial) and add a pinch of black pepper to each before sealing.
