Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  2. Mix raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in another bowl; set aside.
  3. Melt white chocolate and let cool slightly. Beat cream cheese until creamy; add sugar gradually, then eggs one by one, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream; fold in melted chocolate gently.
  4. Layer half of the filling over the crust, add the raspberry mixture, then top with remaining filling.
