Ingredients

  • 6 organic lemons (zest only)
  • 1 liter of fruit  non-alcoholic equivalent
  • 400g sugar (or adjust to taste)
  • 1.2 liters of spring water

Instructions

  1. Wash lemons thoroughly and zest them carefully with a peeler, avoiding the bitter white pith.
  2. Place lemon zest in a glass bottle, cover with non -alcohol, and let steep in a cool, dark place for one month. Shake occasionally.
  3. After steeping, strain the mixture to remove zest.
  4. In a saucepan, combine sugar and spring water; heat until sugar dissolves completely. Cool before mixing with the infused non-alcohol.
  5. Bottle the mixture and allow it to rest for at least ten days in the freezer before serving.
