  • 1 box Devil's Food cake mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 2 tubs vanilla cake icing
  • Orange food coloring gel
  • Edible black glitter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Devil's Food cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and chocolate fudge pudding mix. Beat until smooth.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop to drop batter onto Silpat-lined baking sheets in rounds. You can create either larger or smaller pies based on your preference.
  4. Bake for 7-10 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
  5. Mix vanilla icing with orange food coloring until desired color is reached.
  6. Pipe icing onto the flat side of one cake and sandwich with another.
  7. Add edible black glitter and other decorations as desired.
